"The ride was not on time. I was
notified minutes before the agreed pick up time that the initial driver had cancelled and that the service was looking for another. The second driver may have been on time (cant really say as I can’t know at what time he was assigned) but the pick up was delayed by 15 -20 minutes. Otherwise the service was as advertised. I did not realize this was an uber ride from the order process. "
"The driver was accommodating and we got to our destination on time so that is very positive… but the car had problems with the aircon and it was blowing hot air so the journey was quite uncomfortable to my 2 guests especially who was sitting at the back of the car. The heat came from under the seating so we were all sweating and as we were going out for a birthday party that’s the last thing anyone would like "
